As others have written, your spends and balance are on the My Holiday app. I also write my daily spends down in a notebook, and check that against the app the next day.

Happened to us a while back we got right drinks, wrong card and wrong bill which I checked, as always, and refused to sign it. Unfortunately now you don't get a receipt to sign and check.
