Disembarking the ship in Puerto Rico

Recommended Posts

Can anyone tell me the earliest time they were able to get off the ship in Puerto Rico. I'm trying to arrange my travel home and the earlier the better.

Thanks for the help. (Its the day of my daughter's prom - the date was switched after I booked the cruise) UGGG

We were off the ship at about 9 a.m. and we know that others with earlier flights got off before us. Although San Juan airport is busy, it is close so I would allow about 90 min before my flight for arriving there.

We just did San Juan on the Destiny a couple of weeks ago. If Royal Caribbean comes back on Sunday like Destiny. You will have close to probably 5,000 people going throught that airport. We flew back on Monday so it was nice. But I could tell that airport is not set up for that many people at once.

Like the other posters, just make sure you allow enough time to get through costumes.

My flight is scheduled to leave at 12:50PM? Is that enough time to get off the ship, get to the airport, and check in?

That should be plenty of time. What airlines are you flying with?
