Has anyone done a Gate 1 River Cruise that goes from Regensburg, Germany to Bucharest, Romania?

We are looking at booking this cruise with Gate 1 for the lower Danube.  It looks great.  Any tips?  We have done Gate 1 before and their tours/cruises are great and the price is hard to beat.

thats not the lower Danube, thats most of the Danube!

 

I haven't done Gate1 but that should be a good trip, but a long one 2 weeks? I know from talking to people who were on a similar cruise with a different cruise line (AMA) that they were a little burned out after some point but thats going to differ from person to person.

We did that route with Avalon, with pre and post days in Prague and Brasov, Romania.  It was a great trip, with so much to see.

We have done Regensburg to  Budapest.  Good trip.  I would not hesitate to take na even longer one to Bucharest (depending upon water levels)
