Half Moon Cay Clam Shell/ tender boat tickets questions

Hello!

I have a couple of questions if someone could help please as we are sailing on the Venezia.

 

1-We have a clam shell booked at Half Moon Cay and wanted to know do we get priority to tender ?

2-Also, is there  time and location for us to pick up our tender boat tickets to disembark? 

3- How do we claim our clam shell? I read somewhere that you just go up to a shell and take it and there someone that walks around to collect your ticket. but was not sure.

They will deliver your clamshell ticket to your room mailbox. We had fttf last cruise and got priority tender so I'm not sure about priority tender with clamshell rental. Both times we went and just picked a clamshell. Put our stuff down by it and they came around and unlocked it for us. I wouldn't waste my time standing in line at the rental hut, no need. If you don't get there early, you may have to walk a bit down the beach to get clamshell. First time we went people were mad because they had ticket for a clamshell but they were all taken!

Thank you! That was helpful, our plan is to get off early as possible to secure our clamshell as we want to be a little further down

Once you cross over the little road behind the ticket hut, there will be golf carts driving people around. You can flag one down to take you further down if you don't want to walk. Friendly and free (golf cart rides, not clamshells, just to be clear, lol).
