Falmouth snorkel or sailing excursion on your own?

Going to Falmouth for the first time (never been to Jamaica).  Has anyone done a non-ship excursion to snorkel/sail the area?  Looking for half day kind of thing with snorkeling, lunch and drinks.  Suggestions?
