NCL Bliss Alaskan Cruise

Would like to have some information concerning using a scooter at ports on Alaskan cruises.  It is my understanding that NCL does not dock close to stores and shops and you have to ride in a bus to get there.  Do they have availability for someone with a scooter?  Also what excursions were good for people using a scooter.  TIA

I saw people with scooters board the shuttle buses in Sitka and Ketchikan.  The attendant loaded the scooters where the luggage would go and the first couple of seats are reserved for those with mobility difficulties. Don’t know about the other ports.

Just off the Bliss and I saw what Laudergayle said above. In Juneau I watched the shuttle driver in front of us load scooters into the luggage compartment of the bus. So accessing the shuttles shouldn’t be an issue. As for excursions I’m sorry I can’t help a lot but for some reason I seem to remember there was someone in a scooter on our whale watching tour in Icy Strait. But don’t hold me to it.
