If you cancel a cruise you’ve paid in full for (by cc), do they just refund to the cc? Any way of getting our cash back?

Refunds are going to be to your method of payment (credit card in this case).

 

What you can do is reach out to your credit card company about receiving the funds in your bank account or by cheque (without it being treated as a cash advance).
