Can OBC be used to purchase CruiseNext?

We received $250 OBC on our upcoming cruise.  Can we use that to purchase a CruiseNext certificate once we board?

If the obc is refundable then yes, if however it is non-refundable credit provided by NCL then no

The only non-refundable OBC that can be put towards the CruiseNext purchase is the OBC you get for that purchase (the buy $500 of CND's, get $250 OBC for the current cruise deal).

Only refundable Onboard Credits and the Non-Refundable Onboard Credit given for purchasing CruieNext deposits may be used towards your CruiseNext purchase.

You used to be able to use non-refundable OBC to purchase CruiseNext certificates, but they stopped that post-pandemic.
