Issue with joining Voyagers Club (MSC Website)

Hi all. I am a member of the voyager club and just returned from a cruise with friends. We want to book another cruise next year but when I try sign them up on the website, the county and city is blanked out so I cannot select one. This is required in order to sign up which poses the problem, I cannot sign them up for voyagers club! Anyone found a way round this? I had the same problem with my husband last year but cannot remember how I got round it.

I just did this - I think you put in the zip code and it auto-generates the city and state. I remember I only put in the zip code.  Hope that helps...

Thank you. Have tried this and it is still not working. We are from Ireland.

Yes this is the site I am using. The city and county is blanked out and it won’t let me select anything.

I would ring them on the Voyagers Club number on the registration page. I have friends from Manchester who now live in Portugal and they had trouble registering
