Anyone Else Getting Error Message on Royal App When Trying to Add SetSail Pass to Apple Wallet

I click on View SetSail Pass, which comes up fine.  I hit Add to Apple Wallet and I get an error message that says "Sorry, we hit a snag."

 

I tried signing out and back in but that did not help.

I just hit the “add to wallet” also and got the same message. I also have a duplicate set of Set Sail passes when I scroll across in the app. Did yours duplicate also?  Are you a guarantee cabin?

No mine are not duplicates and I am not a guarantee.

I think that I had to wait until the room number info showed before I could add to my wallet. Have a good trip!

No, you can add them before. Mine are in my wallet now but I occasionally remove them and readd them just in case it loads a number since the last time I checked. I am not a good candidate for guarantee cabins…I am not a patient person 😂

And poof…just like that mine are not duplicates anymore.

Mine did have an error message but I just clicked on the Add to Apple Wallet again and a pane saying Royal wants to add to your Apple Wallet clicked on that and voila all is well...try again, just keep going...we are a GTY but the numbers showed up on the bottom of the bar code...pass still shows GTY though although the numbers show our cabin #  The luggage tags show the cabin # also and have been printed and in the tag holders on the bags along with the locks and we are ready to walk out the door.....whoo! Not toooo excited, 21 days out yet!🤪

Mine is still coming up with the error message also. I wish I would’ve never deleted my set sale passes from my wallet.

I did call RCCL technical support about this. They said to delete the app which I did and reinstall. That did not work.

 

They said there is nothing else they could do. Lol
