How long does it take to get a refund on The Key?

Hi, I cancelled my cruise on 23rd July and received my deposit back but I am still waiting for the refund of my purchase of The Key, does anyone know how long it normally takes or if I should chase it up do you a telephone number for me to call?

Not sure what local Spain number they might have (the invoice might list one) but, yes you should call.

Thank you. It was booked through a US travel agent so I guess I need to call the US but I can't get that number I just get referred back to the Spanish site
