Problem printing luggage tags

Might sound silly, but when we print the tags our name , cabin number, sailing date do not show up just Ship name

Has anyone experienced this

Just downloaded the luggage tag PDF files for our November cruise. Everything shows up ok. All our information, except for credit card number, has been entered on the other tabs.

You can get generic tags at the pier when you drop your bags. We have never printed our own since they stopped issuing them. The ones at the pier are designed for the purpose, so you don't need to do anything to attach, like one does with the home printing.

If you see the correct information on the screen but it prints incorrectly, it's a printer driver problem. There's a technical fix, but it might be easier to reboot, restart the printer, and print the tags first thing.
