Less than 1400 on board for a ship which holds 2000, previous cruise had less than 1600.  Lotta disappointed folks after 3straight sea days and going 600 miles out of the planned itinerary, rainy day in Boston, and then aborted the tender stop in Martha's Vineyard.   People received a $100 credit per cabin after the three straight sea days and then the 10% FCC was upped to 20% after not stopping at Martha's.  The internet was not good, and the free site for Cruise Critic never worked for 20 days of cruising.  Was ironic since every day they advertised in the Freestyle Dailly that everyone should go online at the free site and support the Sky at sea.  The free site Norwegian Cruise Lines worked just fine.
