Wine Tastings on the BLISS

Does anyone know if they will tell us the wine tastings (and possibly book) before getting on board?  Any idea the time they typically happen? Does anyone have a copy to post of what was recently done on the Bliss? Thanks in advance.

We were on the Encore last week and did the Wine and Cheese tasting. 

I think there was about nine different tasting classes through the week.

It lasted about an hour and there were about 42 people on our session, although it wasn't full and places were laid out for more people, maybe late comers?

We booked this when we got on, near the Atrium bar and think it was about $22.

This is an example from the Encore 3 weeks ago. Stop by Cellars on embarkation day to get a list of all of the planned tastings. And ask the cellar master if there are any other events. Note that if you have the beverage package or beverage package plus, there are discounts.

Go to the Cellar when you board and they should have signup sheets. The Sommelier, Suprakash, is fantastic.
