RUI Paradise Island vs. Breezes day pass

So the deciding factors are service but mostly the beach.  I would prefer a beach with no waves.  I see Breezes has virtually no waves but Rui does.  I know they are not very big but just checking to see if anyone has any input. Is it hard to get into the water (especially after a few drinks)?  I did look at videos of each and for RUI I see sometimes waves and sometimes not.  Also, the waves are not necessarily a deal breaker if RUI is really that much better.  Going in October.  Thanks!!!

I was making this choice on our last cruise, but we prefer waves. Decided on RIU based on reviews, water was calm that day, very easy to swim out, beautiful black and white fish, water was absolutely clear (forgot I had sunglasses on my head, was able to see them on the ocean floor many feet down while I swam above them). Buffets (breakfast and lunch) were pretty good (much better than the ship).
