Is anyone else having problems getting to their account page on the NCL.com website?   Have not been able to get in since yesterday afternoon.   My son is having same issue?   I have had this issue before but only for a few minutes.  Just wondering about it.  Will be in touch with NCL tech support on Monday if not resolved.

Same here, cleared cache, used different browsers.  Tried to book a cruise when logged in or out and get an error since yesterday.

Yep, today page is not doing well at all... It has been slow for a long time, but now the Uh-Oh is popping a lot! (Cache and cookies cleared!)

Yesterday I was having issues with both NCL.com and the app.  Last evening I was finally able to log in.  Did not clear cache or cookies but did delete and relaod the app (which wasn’t the answer).  I am able to log in to both still today…so maybe it’s a rolling fix.

Yes. I can't get it to work in Chrome, even with cache clearing. I'm using Edge, which seems to work most of the time, but I hate using that browser.

Just logged in and no issues here. Maybe they are slowly fixing it.

I am able to get on now as is my son.  I guess they are slowing resolving the issue,  

Thanks to everyone who replied to my question.  It was good to know I was not the only one having a problem.

No problems on my end. Of course, I logged in a couple days ago and never logged out, so maybe that explains it.
