Bonaire Tourist Tax

We will be cruising the Caribbean and Panama in December. I recently read Bonaire charges a $98 tourist tax. Does this apply to cruise passengers who get off the ship in Bonaire?

Based on this, it appears that Bonaire charges a "tourist tax" of $10 for cruise ship visitors.  I would expect this to be bundled in the "Taxes and additional fees" when you pay for the cruise.

@BOB999 is correct, the cruise visitor tax is in the taxes and fees, and is $10.00, not the higher amount charged for other visitors.  Also the marine park fee is not charged for single day visitors.
