TRAVELCRUZIN Posted November 20, 2023 #1 Share Posted November 20, 2023 I wanted to reserve Cagneys for our cruise on Jan 6th, however it says it's not available to book. Does that mean it is full?
hallux Posted November 20, 2023 #2 Share Posted November 20, 2023 Possibly. Reservations have been open to book since Sept. 10 (for non-Haven and non-status passengers reservations open at 120 days pre-cruise), only a portion of reservations are made available pre-cruise. You'll need to find the reservations table as soon as you board, try to board as early as possible, and see about getting the reservations you want. stinkyharriet Posted November 20, 2023 #3 Share Posted November 20, 2023 They hold back a large number of reservations until embarkation. They will have a place where you can go to make them once on board, or you can use the screens by the elevators or the TV in your cabin. Since cabins usually aren’t available for hours, doing it in person is probably best.
Rare www3traveler Posted November 20, 2023 #4 Share Posted November 20, 2023 How many people are in your party? If there is only one or two of you, you can go to Cagney's Hostess Desk on the night you want to go and see if they have room. It might take a few minutes to be seated if you go just as they are opening.
tomk3212 Posted November 21, 2023 #5 Share Posted November 21, 2023 On our last cruise on Escape (3 weeks ago to Bermuda) they had 3 or 4 restaurant reservation kiosks set up in the Headliners Comedy Club (Deck 6, I think...). Head right there as soon as you board. I find the screens hit-and-miss; sometimes they work, sometimes not. Have a great cruise!

D_And_K_gocruising Posted November 21, 2023 #7 Share Posted November 21, 2023 Once you're checked in at the port and officially a passenger, can you connect to the ship wifi and use the app to make reservations? Or will it be the same as doing it now.
