Yes, the ships serve these kinds of soups.  On the Majestic to Alaska this summer, I remember chilled soups being available in the buffet at dinner time almost every night.  On Spanish night, there was gazpacho.

They've had a few we liked, if I remember right there was a mango one as well....guess you can tell I like the sweet ones. I have no idea how I became diabetic 🤣

Most of those "soups" are called dessert in my house.

A lot of the chilled soups are good. They would even be better with a shot or two of rum in them.

I was quite pleased with the Gazpacho I had on Grand Princess. I was surprised how good it was.
