Belize Bottom Fishing

Has anyone done the Bottom Fishing Shore Excursion in Belize? If so, what was your experience like?

I was going to book this, but my wife vetoed it (We went snorkeling instead). Getting to eat the fish you catch sounds amazing.

I haven't done this excursion but did a lot of "bottom" fishing.

I would go for it, I am sure you will catch a few! 

 

I wouldn't expect any Marlin/sailfish etc, but a nice variety of local fish.

If eating some is allowed on the boat I would definitely do it!

I used to book fishing trips, but all the trips (Which was at least 6 times) i booked, it got canceled due to high winds every time. I just gave up after a while.

I hope so too. I love fishing and have always wanted to go deep sea fishing.
