Miami port to Miami airport

I understand taxi are run by meters and cost about $40 plus tip. I was wondering since I have early flight at 11:30 , and leaving self assist... do they have SAS waiting to take people to airport for $15 flat rate per person like they have when you come off plane to get to port???

I don’t believe SAS goes to the Miami airport….

Or Uber/Lyft, but you won't have to wait for a taxi to arrive...there will be lines of them.
