Visiting on the Royal Clipper Feb '24

We are off in a few weeks on the Royal for the Windward itinerary.

There are a couple of stops that we are unsure what there is to do off-ship, as the trips don't suit us.

Namely -

Rodney Bay, is there a beach nearby?

Falmouth Harbour Antigua, beach?

Any top tips for other on shore trips?
