Bottle of wine charge

I’m cruising to Alaska in September on the Celebrity Summit. I have the Classic Beverage package but may upgrade to Premium. 
If I purchase a bottle of wine,  am I charged the full amount minus the discount?
Do the packages only apply to glasses of wine?
Can I buy a bottle of wine at dinner and bring it to my room?

Yes - The packages only cover wine by the glass.   If you purchase a bottle they will apply you cc discount and also add 20% Gratuity. 

You can either have the bottle sent to your room or have them hold it for the next night.    You can also have it sent to a specialty restaurant.

You are allowed to bring one bottle of wine per adult on the ship. I am planning to bring a bottle x 2 for myself and my daughter, I am also getting the classic drink package. As long as you open it in your room, you aren't charged a corkage fee.
