Harmony Crown Loft 171764 or 171702 - Obstructed View

Has anyone stayed in either of the these cabins with a photo of the balcony?  1764 is the only cabin available for the Crown Lofts with side facing views and it is listed as obstructed view.  I would like to know how obstructed. TIA for any help!!

Point of reference, you don't need to prepend the "17" to suite number.  They are 1702 and 1764.
