Navigator Events

Quick question. Leaving on NS next Sunday. Does anyone know when the activities will show up in the Navigator App under Events?  There’s still nothing there except visit Future cruise folks on the first day at sea. It also still says Smart Casual Dress each day but the boarding pass says 2 Gala Evenings. No idea when/if there are Gala Days and when/if there’s an Orange Night. Is this normal that nothing is on the app yet?

I trust nothing on the Navigator until I am onboard and sometimes not even then😉

Usually not fully functional (well, as functional as it will be) until onboard. It sometimes helps the refresh if you log out (not just close out) and log back in.

It's happened very occasionally that I had to uninstall it and reinstall it on my cell.

As others have stated there is a difference between pre cruise and on-board ship. Pre cruise the app is synced to HAL's web server, once on board it gets synced to the ships server and shows more.

In my recent experience things did not update in the Navigator until a day or two before cruising and it still was not accurate until you boarded the ship. For example, yes, there are two dressy nights so bring nice clothes. And the movie names and nights were switched out. So, don't rely on the Navigator app until on board.
