Vancouver port breakfast

Any recommendations near the port for quick breakfast?  Coffee, muffins, egg sandwiches, informal.  We will have luggage with us.  There are 2 of us debarking and 2 embarking.  Looking to meet somewhere.  Thanks

There's a Tim Hortons across the street from the Pan Pacific and Fairmont Waterfront and McDonalds in the tunnel shopping area between.
