Private tour in Florence

We are four adults looking for a private tour guide for our first day in Florence. Ship will be overnight, so we would like to do a tour privately, that would give us the luxury of returning to the ship at our own discretion. All of the excursions I have seen return you to the ship at 4 or 5 p.m. We would like to make our own itinerary since three of us have been to Florence before. We know that it takes an hour and a half each way to get to and from Florence. That is why we are hoping to do our own tour.

Keep in mind that companies like the one recommended above and other true "private tour" providers are usually happy to alter their proposed tours to meet your wishes, as long as what you want to do is feasible in the given time. Yes, they have tours listed on their website, but they are usually happy to modify them.
