If I may ask, what number did you call to reach "casino services"?

Glad you asked! I have three numbers. The one in the email and the webpage to which I was directed just got someone who didn't know anything, after being on hold for 15 minutes. After asking me the usual 100 questions, he "transferred" me, but the call just ended at some point.

Then I called a number I have: 800-330-2249. After about 8 minutes I got the most helpful agent I've ever spoken to at HAL. She was not only thorough, she was patient and willing to look into a bunch of questions I had about a cruise I'm already booked on through an agent. Her name is Cat, but she said you can't get her by asking, as she's a "lowly" employee. But as I said, she knew more than even my PCC, I think.

Sorry, I'm sure this has been answered but I read thru the thread and I'm still confused.

I do not have (nor want) HIA for a cruise this summer.  I do want to be able to check email and do some video calls for work on either Zoom or Google Meet, from an Android cell phone or a laptop.

Can I get away with the middle plan or do I need the highest internet plan?  Will want to pre-buy since the super helpful chart (thanks!!) shows that it's much cheaper to pre purchase.  Thanks.

Premium Plan works fine for Zoom sessions.  My college professor friend conducted a Zoom class from the Nieuw Amsterdam last October.

In addition to the Premium Plan benefits, the Stream Plan allows connections to identified streaming sites.
