Ferry from Cruz to Charl Amalie

How far is the ferry terminal in Charlotte Amalie to the cruise docking in Charlotte Amalie?  Trying to figure how long it would take to walk or better to grab a cab back to the ship.

Probably just over a mile.  The Port Authority is just around the bend in the harbor as you walk around the marina.  There used to be a gate at the end of the wharf that allowed you to by-pass going out the main gate.

The Charlotte Amalie ferry terminal has limited schedule so cruisers are usually advised to take the more reliable and consistent Red Hook ferry.
