I've done this. Just take a taxi no problemo. Tell your taxi driver your going to Redhook when he drops you off just walk up the hill to the left and Duffy's is sitting right there at the end of the parking lot.Β

Now taxi from Havensight or Charlotte Amalie $20 each way to Redhook.Β

Btw welcome to Cruise Critic.Β

Just for the record when you need a taxi back into town, walk back down to the Redhook ferry terminal, they'll be a half a dozen or so taxis waiting on passengers to take back to either pier. No problem no worries.

Personally I like it over at Redhook.

It's a breathe of fresh air from the Havensight or Crown Bay rat race.Β

Sapphire Beach is right there.Β

Β

Depending on what time you're ship disembarks you could always take the ferry over to St. John and chill out for a few hours. Once you get over to that side of the island I would spend my day over there in some capacity. Sapphire Beach is one of my favorite beaches on STT.Β

Go to the beach first and then go up to Duffy's. It's a cool bar. Have fun.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ship is in port from 12:30-8pm, so I would think it's very doable ?

I was just looking at the Cas Cay kayaking which is only 2-1/2 hrs and seems pretty close by.

I'll look into sapphire beach.Β

If your ship is in until 8, you get to go to Happy Hours! If your ship docks at Havensight, go to Tap and Still for select $4 drinks starting at 3. Agave also has Happy Hour starting at 3 and has discount on starters and some drinks. I should post my pictures of the beautiful flautas!Β

Β

The Happy Hour at the Green House in town on the Waterfront has 2 for 1 on any drink starting at 4:30, I think.

Β

There may be others, but these are my favorites right now..
