Upgrade to Premier onboard, what happens with previously paid Specialty Restaurant reservation

If you upgrade to the Premier package once onboard you receive a couple free specialty restaurants

What if you had previously booked and paid for specialty restaurants before your cruise

I will assume you would not be able to apply your free specialty restaurant’s from the Premier package to any existing bookings?

You'd go to Guest Services and get your refund applied, which will be as refundable OBC and then reconfirm your bookings at the restaurants.
