Which Dining Room on Majestic?

We've been on numerous Princess cruises in the past but our upcoming trip on the Majestic will be our first on a Royal Class ship. We want to start booking our dining times but I'm not sure which one to book. We prefer wherever possible to go to the same dining room with the same wait staff rather than going to the different ones. 
Our biggest priority (aside from the food of course) is to have friendly, accommodating wait staff. 
I'm just curious on people's recent experiences or recommendations. 🙏

We'll be on the Majestic for 40 days starting Sunday. We chose the Symphony dining room as it's the one we had on both the Royal and Regal. The Concerto dining room is where the Reserve Class have their tables so that limits the amount of regular dining tables. The Allegro dining room is at the rear of the ship and only accessible by elevator or stairs. Can be a pain. Always had friendly wait staff no matter what dining room or ship we've been on. I'll check back and report on the Majestic.
