Free Wifi in Dockyard

I have tried unsuccessfully for years to get this to work.  But last week, success.  There's a small area by the ferry dock where I could access and actually stay connected.  Basically from one side if the Bermuda Visitors Center to the Americas Cup tent by the dock.

Also connected by the ferry dock in Hamilton.

Move 20 feet away?  Poof!

When we went to Bermuda a number of years ago, the library in Hamilton offered free wi-fi. For those that need it, is that still available?

Back in the day, we needed it, but our current T-Mobile plan offers free unlimited international cellular data.
