Reliable taxi/car service in Naples?

I'd like to book a ride in advance from Naples port to a winery about 30 miles away, and am looking for a reliable service.  I don't need anything fancy, but would like to make round trip arrangements in advance.  I've used Transfeero in the past and they were fine.  I've read bad things about Blacklane and Welcome Pickups.  Any advice on a reliable and not outrageously overpriced service?  Thanks!

No, I haven't personally used them but they are transfer companies more so than the tour companies that market to cruisers.
