Taxi from Paul Gauguin to Intercontinental at disembarkation

Does anyone know how much a Taxi is to the Intercontinental in Papeete from the Port when you disembark? I remember last time we went in 2020, we had to pre purchase a taxi through PG while we were on the ship.  Wondering if anyone has done it recently and how much it was?

It will be about $25-$30 tops.  Last year the PG charged $10 to have a taxi waiting for you.

Thank you!  That is not too bad.  I remember when we went it was quite a bit more for them to book the taxi.

We walked off the ship last October without reservations and got right Into a taxi.  I think it was around $20 to the IC.

Personally I would never disembark without having a taxi lined up  ... If your paying IC Tahiti prices you can afford the extra few bucks to not worry about how your going to get there ... just my opinion.

I agree Tahitianbigkahuna!  I could have sworn that Paul Gauguin charged more than double to get a taxi 4 years ago. I definitely don't mind paying even $50.00 for a taxi. FYI to get a private transfer arranged it is almost $90.00

Where do you have that arranged? Do you just ask the Guest Services Desk to arrange it? Thank you!
