Where to Find Carnival Casino Offers

I did do a search but could not find what I was looking for. We just completed our first Carnival cruise, but have cruised other cruise lines, and I am wondering where I find casino offers, I did check my offers on the Carnival website but I am not seeing anything. Our cruise was March 25-April 5/2024. I am looking to see offers with free play. Thanks for your help.

The website is the only place you'll find your casino offers. They will have separate emails when there's special offers like ultra or Elite and they will also send out post cards with the same special offers. But otherwise you just have to keep checking the carnival website under your VIFP offers.

How long after the cruise does it normally take to see casino offers?

I get my casino offers via email. We sailed on Carnival in September 2023 and a few weeks later started getting the Play 'N" Chill Offers. Both my husband and I still get them weekly. If you just got off the cruise on April 5th give it another few weeks.

Any email or postcard offers will also be in your online account under your VIFP account, so there's no need to wait or keep the emails and/or postcards since the offers are in your online account.
