Front money wire transfer

Hello.  Has anyone here ever wire transferred money to MSC and having them wire it back to you at the end of the cruise?  I don't see any reference to them accepting wire transfers on their website.  Alternatively, is there a spot to visit customs agents on embarkation day so that I can properly declare cash that I'm carrying?

The answer is "yes" you can wire front money. 

 

The second answer is "no" I don't know how to do it because we have never done it. My travel agent always asks about assisting us with wire transfers and they said that the request has to be made at least one month prior to departure.

Yes, you can do a bank transfer to MSC Cruises, for onboard credit for a future cruise.   

You can specify whether it's credited to your cabin account or your casino account.  Phone your region's MSC call center for the specifics.

 

FYI, Don't trust the cabin safes with large sums of cash, then can be opened easily with a magnet.
