First Cruise (Aug). Overwhelmed. First Steps?

I was able to put a credit card on file when I used the app to check in 30 days prior.   Once on board though, I needed to use the kiosk to link my room card to my account.  It took about 10 seconds, maybe less.  I did it on Tuesday after embarkation.

It may ask you for a credit card when you do online checkin.  Input it, and it might take.   BUt it might not.  I have had it not take, and on another cruise I went to the kiosk to put in the card, and it said a card was already registered.  EM

One other question: We have a 12pm-1pm boarding time (Aurea experience). Can we show up earlier to get on the boat earlier or is that the earliest we will get on?

So Port Canaveral is pretty liberal on this as long as you don't arrive the morning of say a USCG Inspection, Health Inspection or even a full crew immigrations check. We have never been asked for our boarding times, simply walked into the terminal.

But with that being said, if you are denied don't get upset lol

I assumed it was less the port and more the cruise line. I would love to be able to get aboard sooner and perhaps decorate our door (and that of our friends who have no idea about 90% of the benefits they're about to experience) before they get there later. Then we assume we can head out to meet them when they get there and escort them around.

Being Aurea, it doesn’t matter what time they have you.  Go through the door and look for the Diamond/Aurea sign.  EM
