Dropping off luggage in Rotterdam

What is the earliest time you can drop off luggage at the port in Rotterdam.   We will be arriving by train from Brussels at 9:00 am. The earliest check in is at 10:30 am.  We would like to drop off our luggage and explore for a while prior to boarding around 1’sh.  Thanks

We boarded and disembarked in Rotterdam recently.  They were saying that disembarkation needed to be completed by 9.30 am.  As it is the same workers who put the luggage into the arrivals hall for disembarking pax as accept it for loading from embarking pax, I would think you may be lucky for 10.00am.
