Hop on Hop off bus in St. John's, Newfoundland

Are tickets available for the HOHO bus being sold at present. Does anyone have know if they're currently operating. We're sailing there in August.

When I went in September last year, you bought the tickets at their stop by Alt Hotel on Water St. It was a lovely tour, even though the buses are quite small and there is a risk that you need to wait for the next one if you are doing hop on hop off.

Would you happen to know if they are available online anywhere to advance purchase them?

It was offered as one of the excursions through Norwegian, I noticed. I'm guessing there's a markup but didn't look too closely into it.
