Scenic Eclipse deck 5

Recommended Posts

I am looking to book deck 5 cabin 525 but concerned about the evening noise level as it's situated above the lounge. I'd appreciate feedback if anyone has stayed in that vicinity of the ship.

Regards,

Derek

I second 2 sailing nomads comments, we were on deck 5 above the theater, and it was quiet as could be, even when there was a show. Above the lounge should be even quieter, at most a person playing the piano and singing.  I even booked Deck 5 again for my next Scenic adventure in September and can’t wait!
I liked the location.

Probably the best crew at sea, very good food and choices for dinner especially given the number of pax.  Do spend time at the open bridge and see how they navigate coming into and leaving port.  And if Captain Rado is there he is my favorite, a great Captain (was lucky to sail with him twice) and human.  Erwan ok but didn't connect the same with him, he seemed more interested in who could do something for him, e.g. travel agents on board.
