Azamara Could Have Just Stopped At Happy Birthday

Today's my husband's birthday. He's gotten greetings from our children, grandchildren, our bank, his dentist, a foundation, and Azamara. The only one that tried to sell him something was Azamara. I think they should have stopped at Happy Birthday. (Of course, they could have upgraded him to an owners suite for his big birthday.😁)

Totally agree.   The Personal Info ( birth date) they have, for legal and other official reasons, should NOT be utilized for their own profit... and "ask your friends and family" to contribute to Azamara is over the top !!!   Is there a legal issue here?
