Canceling massage

I bought my wife a massage for embarkation day (today) and she doesn’t want it and would rather do one back home. I assume we can cancel and get refunded or at least ship credit. Is that correct?

Maybe, most cancellation require 24 hour notice - go to GS as soon as you board to see if you can get OBC for cancelling.

She ended up changing it to tomorrow.

I’m 4 months out from my massage and neither the app or cruise planner allow me to cancel. We’ve decided to get the massage since we can’t cancel it. I don’t feel like calling.

You should have gotten an email to confirm the purchase and that should have a link to your purchase history which allows cancellation.

Have you gone into order history on the cruise planner.  That is where you do the cancellations from.

Yes every route online to cancel is frozen due to a glitch.
