Wifi & other presale purchases

I have selected wifi for just myself on upcoming cruise. I have not paid, but my name is faded & it's allowing me to chose my husband only.  It's showing that it is reserved & it says on my name "limited to once per cruise" .  If I select my husband it goes to payment.  I'm really puzzled if I have wifi reserved or not.  We can manage with one device & don't want to purchase for two.

 

I noticed that it is advised that Captains Club are entitled to discount & precruise purchases of wife & beverage packages, is this in addition to the sale price offered?

Unless you have paid for WiFi you just have it in your cart. 
 While they have been working on have the Cruise Planner reflect pricing with the Captains Club discount it hasn’t progressed to include all sailings or items.

 

To purchase with the discount applied you need to call.

To add, our experience has been that it is best just to call CC and ask them to compare the current planner pricing with that of the CC discount based on our tier level and have them apply the best price to facilitate the purchase.  It is simple and sure in terms of what works best for you and they then email a confirmation while on the phone of the purchase.

 

As a side note, recent CC pricing on a single device wifi package has been very attractive resulting in us buying two single packages, one for my wife and one for me, and the total price was lower than a single two device package.
