Beyond and Ascent Noise Issues

Please address how the creaking and loud noises on Beyond and Ascent are being rectified.  Has this been addressed in the building of Xcel or can we expect the same issues?

I heard no abnormal creaking or loud issues when I was Ascent a couple of weeks ago. Were these noises heard when in your cabin?

I imagine that you intended this to go to the CEO but I think the time for asking questions to her has ended

Back in the day all ships had creaking and quirky noises. I miss that. I am amazed that they can build such mammoth vessels that are almost silent.

Then again, fifty odd years since my first cruise, it's more likely my hearing has gone!
