Shadieeie Posted March 30, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 30, 2006 I used to live in Ft. Lauderdale, All the beaches there are across the street, no directly on beachfront. What price range are you looking and what time of the year. Here is a link for ya! Giorgi-one Posted March 31, 2006 #5 Share Posted March 31, 2006 Looking Feb 2007 vaca week. I know it will be pricier. If not on the beach- any recommendations? I did check out the link you sent-Thanks!! We have been in FLL or Miami every January for the last 10 years for precruise. During that period, I would say we had about 2 or 3 days which I would call beach days. We were there last January and they set a record for low temperature. Point is that FLL is not usually warm in January and February. Use priceline for hotel. You will save at least 50%.
