arrival in san juan on adventure

How easy (or difficult) is it to get a taxi to take us to the airport when we get back to San Juan? Or should we just get transfers? There are 4 of us-2 adults and 2 kids. We have an 11:30 am flight and it will be on a Sunday morning. thank you!!:)

Oops I'm sorry I misread your question at first. I thought you asked about getting to the ship, not returning to the airport. We took a post-cruise tour that ended at the airport, as we had a late flight and time too kille

bam - I'd suggest NOT doing a transfer with an early flight. They wait to fill the buses which can take a while plus they have to load and unload your luggage. With 4 it probably wouldn't save you any $ either.

We cruised AOS last year, and we took the transfers. Our bus left early, but there was a separate bus that brought our luggage. We waited outside of the SJ airport for 20 minutes for the luggage to arrive. :confused:

 

There were a lot of taxis in the pier terminal. You won't have a hard time.

 

BTW. . . .We had a great time. You're going to love the cruise!!

With an 11:30 flight you should take a taxi. Grab a porter to help with your luggage and they will wait for you to get through customs, then snag a cab for you. That will be the fastest way out.

We had no trouble getting a taxi when we got off the AOS. We needed a van because there were 5 of us.....along came a van, and away we went :)
