Doc's arrived yesterday for 5/21 and we all believed that we got a good deal with hotel and transfers and balcony on deck 8 and we are all ready to roll.

Are you leaving a day early and staying in a Hotel Carnival book for you?

We are going a day early but don't get in until around 10 p.m. (coming from Phoenix). We are staying at the Comfort Inn. I tried for months to get the Sheraton Old San Juan but never could, so in Dec. I booked this one thru AAA. Hopefully it will be okay, we just need a bed for the night.

Sue,

You were right........the room was fabulous. And thanks, the bed/bedding was great too.

The only small complaint would be that the piece to the back balcony was missing and if they wanted to look in, they could.

The whole trip was great. Definitely the best weather of any of the cruises we've been on - except SJ. We spent 2 1/2 days there and it rained for most of it.

 

Already looking at booking the next one! :D

But no docs yet! We did book a 4 interior guarantee and found out we have been bumped to an oceanview on Main Deck. We are going early and staying at Hotel Milano in OSJ both before and after. Plan to do the El Junque on May 28 when we return. Lived in SC for 5 years, just recently moved from 6 yrs in Raleigh, NC to Jacksonville, FL. See you there!

WE were able to get in Sherton Old San Juan through our travel agent at aaa but she booked it through Carnival. WE are coming in from north west Florida and will be In late after noon.
