LorbriK Posted April 24, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 24, 2006 Summer is almost here and I thought maybe if I could drink a Chocolate Banana or a BBC on our boat I'd feel like maybe I was on a Princess Cruise. Sad, I know, but with no new cruise in the works I'm getting desperate. Anyone have the drink recipes they're willing to share? Thanks :D

verwirrt Posted April 24, 2006 #3 Share Posted April 24, 2006 A few years ago after our first Princess cruise I emailed Princess and requested the recipe for a Rum Runner and they responded with the recipe. But, I never printed it out and my computer crashed sometime after they sent it. Don't know if they still do this but it's worth a try. Good Luck! :)

Cathy p Posted April 25, 2006 #7 Share Posted April 25, 2006 That chocolate banana sounds wonderful. I was going to make one but I thought no I will just wait until the cruise. YUM:)
chrysalis Posted April 25, 2006 #8 Share Posted April 25, 2006 actually, when you see them make it....there is certainly more than 3 parts cream (and the cream is 35% creme....the kind you use for whipped cream) plus.....coat the inside of the glass with the choc syrup before you pour in the mixture. ARRTrain Posted April 25, 2006 #9 Share Posted April 25, 2006 I emailed Princess for the Spicy Shrimp Sauce Recipe and never heard back. I don't remember the correct name for it, I had it last year on the Diamond during the Mexico Riviera cruise. I'd like to get the recipe for the Berried Treasure drink too. Cathy p Posted April 25, 2006 #10 Share Posted April 25, 2006 for whipping cream. You have a choice of 36% or 40% cream. I use to use 40% for whipped cream and 36% for sauces. YUM either way. Plus they both have no calories.:D

GloriaF Posted April 26, 2006 #12 Share Posted April 26, 2006 I AGREE ~ the chocolate banana is great! I thought it had ice cream in it, though. It tastes like a milkshake and those calories just evaporate :)
