changing rooms @ beach?

We are going on the Princess Panama Canal in February and plan to use Charlie Soto's tour. Part of the tour is the beach and I was wondering if there was a place to change into your suit or did you have to wear it under your clothes and bring a coverup?

 

The same thing w/Barrett Adventures in Montego Bay...The river tubing looks like fun. Has anyone done this and how do you manage w/a wet suit?
